We only collect the data needed to run this site and respond to you:

• Information you give us in the request form - your full name, company name (optional), preferred contact method, the corresponding email address or phone number, and the products you are interested in (including quantities). We use this solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation or provide technical support.
• Usage & analytics data - if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site (pages viewed, interactions, approximate location by country/city, device and browser type, and a pseudonymous identifier). Advertising features are disabled. This is used only to understand and improve the site.
• Technical & security data - our hosting provider automatically logs technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) to operate the site securely. If anti-spam protection is enabled, a challenge may run when you submit the form.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we never sell your personal data.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent - for analytics cookies, and for processing the details you submit through the request form (you must tick the consent box). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Steps prior to a contract - to respond to your quotation or support request.
• Legitimate interests - to keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and operate our service.

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate data-processing terms:

• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) - delivers the request-form emails to our team.
• Google (Google Analytics 4) - website analytics, only after you accept cookies.
• Vercel - hosts the website and processes server logs.
• Cloudflare - provides optional anti-spam (Turnstile) protection for the form, where enabled.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some of our providers (e.g. Google, Vercel, Amazon Web Services) may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, and our team operates from the Philippines and Europe. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Request-form messages: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping, then deleted.
• Analytics data: retained by Google according to our GA4 configuration.
• Cookie-consent choice: 180 days, after which you’ll be asked again.

Under the GDPR and the Philippine Data Privacy Act you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 12.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in the EU, your local Data Protection Authority; in the Philippines, the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including serving the site over HTTPS and limiting access to submissions to our team. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website and our products are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.

When you first visit, analytics stays off- Google Analytics is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 in a “denied” state and is only enabled once you click Accept in the cookie banner. Choosing Reject keeps analytics disabled. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
