What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your preferences, and to measure how a site is used. “Similar technologies” include things like your browser’s local and session storage.
Our approach to cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. When you first visit, analytics stays off: Google Analytics is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 in a “denied” state and is only enabled once you click Accept in the cookie banner. Choosing Reject keeps analytics disabled. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

We also store a small flag in your browser’s session storage (anka_intro_seen) so the intro animation only plays once per visit. It contains no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.
Managing your cookies
You can change your choice at any time using the button below, which reopens the cookie banner. Rejecting cookies keeps analytics off; the only cookie that remains is the one that records your choice.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so should not affect your ability to browse this site, as we don’t rely on non-essential cookies to function.
